Every one of our cookies are baked to order only and decorated by our professional cookie artist by hand. A limited number of orders are confirmed each week due to the time and complexity of our cookies.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Every order is sent a FREE pricing quote and requires client approval before purchasing. Pricing for design work is determined by our cookie artist based on complexity & techniques. It is the artist's discretion alone with availability of products regarding design, techniques, colors, and shapes.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received towards your balance.

We kindly request that all orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. We try to leave availability for last minute orders if possible. The MINIMUM notice required is 4 FULL days if we are able to accommodate your order. It never hurts to ask!

Any orders received less than 1 week in advance will be required to pay in full to confirm your order and may be charged a 30% rush fee.

We recommend receiving your order 24 hours in advance of your event. Don't worry! Your cookies will still be fresh and delicious.
