Live in Louisville, KY and don't want to pay shipping? We got you! You can pick up at our registered home bakery. We can also ship our cutters and images anywhere in the United States for an additional fee.

Due to the nature of food and custom items, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us! We’re happy to work with you and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your edible creations!
Processing
Custom orders require at least 3 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Got a last-minute order? We offer rush processing to prioritize your tools, but remember, shipping times are out of our control. We’ll work our magic to get your order out the door quickly, but carriers may still need some time to deliver.
Ordering & Payment
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Every order is sent a FREE pricing quote and requires client approval before purchasing. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received towards your balance. Any orders that require rush processing will be charged an additional 30% fee.
