Crawley Creative Confections is a registered and insured home bakery located at 8520 Pennsylvania Run Road, Louisville, KY 40228. We’re open by appointment only to ensure each customer receives our full attention! 🎉
You can find us just off Gene Snyder (I-265), between the Smyrna Parkway and Beulah Church Road exits. Look for our house with logo flags—we share a driveway with our neighbors, so those flags will help guide you right to us! 🏠✨

What are your business hours?
At Crawley Creative Confections, we’re a home-based bakery, so we are open by appointment only to give each order the special attention it deserves! 🍪🏠
Typically, our daily order pick-up times are between 11 am - 1 pm or 5 pm - 7 pm EST, and our delivery slots are 8 am - 10 am or 2 pm - 4 pm EST. 🚗🕒
If you need a specific time outside of these windows, just let us know on your order form! We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule and make sure you get your sweet treats exactly when you need them. 💖

To operate a home bakery in Kentucky, we follow the Kentucky Home Processing laws and regulations. This means we’re registered with the Kentucky State Cabinet of Family and Family Services and maintain all the necessary certifications and registrations to legally operate within the Louisville Metro area. 🏠💼
We’re also fully insured to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality for our customers. 💖

What is your cancellation policy?
We totally understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your slot for another client who might need some sweet treats! 🍪💕
For all cancellations, we will follow our refund policy to make sure everything is handled smoothly.
On our end, we may need to initiate a cancellation if a client hasn’t paid their balance within the agreed-upon time period. We’ll always communicate with you if we need to take this step.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be delighted with your order, so here’s a quick overview of our refund policy:
• If you paid a deposit: Your 50% non-refundable deposit can be refunded if you request a refund within 72 hours of placing your order. After 72 hours, you can still request a refund of any additional payments made beyond the 50% deposit up until 1 week before your fulfillment date.
• If you paid in full: You can request a full refund within 72 hours of your order. After 72 hours, you’re eligible for a 50% refund if requested.
Please note, we cannot provide refunds within 1 week of the fulfillment date as we will have already purchased ingredients and prepared for your order.
Once you receive your products, either by pick-up or delivery, you’re accepting them in as-is condition, and Crawley Creative Confections cannot be held liable for any damage or destruction that occurs afterward.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible! We will do everything we can to make your situation right.
What is your allergy policy?
Crawley Creative Confections is a home bakery registered in Louisville, Kentucky. All products are prepared, baked, and packaged in a home kitchen that is not subject to public health inspection and may also process common food allergens. There is always a risk of cross-contamination and we cannot certify that ingredients or tools have not come in contact with them. Clients with allergies and intolerances are advised to eat at their own risk or seek out a commercial bakery that has allergy/intolerance friendly products.
Crawley Creative Confections and its owners will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed. Clients are responsible for notifying Crawley Creative Confections of any other dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.
Any of our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, soybeans, nuts, and bananas.
SUGAR COOKIES
While our sugar cookies do not contain peanuts or tree nuts, there is no guarantee that the products produced will be certified free from potential allergens.
Our sugar cookies use all-purpose unbleached flour and contain gluten. We do not offer gluten-free sugar cookies.
MACARONS
Our macarons are made with almond flour, which is naturally gluten-free and is NOT nut-free. There are some filling flavors that may contain gluten which are marked with a (G). You can request the gluten-free version of these flavors during your order.
COOKIE CAKES
While our basic cookie cakes (buttercream icing and chocolate chips only) do not contain peanuts or tree nuts, there is no guarantee that the products will be certified free from potential allergens. Clients can choose to add nut products to their cookie cake by selecting nut product mix-ins.
Our basic cookie cake uses all-purpose unbleached flour and contains gluten. We do not offer gluten-free cookie cakes.
Do you offer cookie decorating classes?
While we’re flattered you’d love to learn from us, we’re not offering cookie decorating classes at this time. But who knows what the future holds? 😉

Shipping, Delivery, & Pickup
Do you offer delivery services, and what is the delivery area?
Yes, we do! Delivery is available within the Kentuckiana area for a $15 fee. Our standard delivery area covers a 30-mile radius from the 40228 zip code. For orders outside this range, additional mileage fees will apply.
Please note, we do not ship cookies due to Kentucky Home Processing laws. 🍪✨
Can I pick up my order from your location? If so, where and when?
Yes! Porch pick-up from our home bakery is always a free option. We offer two daily pick-up time slots: 11 AM - 1 PM or 5 PM - 7 PM. Need a different time? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Our registered home bakery is located in the 40228 zip code, about a mile from McNeely Lake Park. We’re easy to find via the Gene Snyder (I-265) from the Smyrna Parkway or Beulah Church Road exits. 🍪✨
Do you ship cookies outside of the Louisville area?
Unfortunately, no. Due to Kentucky Home Processing laws, we cannot ship our cookies. All orders must be picked up in person or delivered locally. 🍪✨
Do you charge for delivery or pick up?
Pick-up at our registered home bakery is always free – we’re excited to see our customers when they pick up their orders! 🏡🍪
For delivery, we offer service within a 30-mile radius of the 40228 zip code, with a $15 flat fee. 🚗✨ This is perfect for those who need their cookies brought right to their doorstep for special occasions or events.

How do I place an order for custom cookies?
Placing an order is as easy as (cookie) pie! Here’s how:
1️⃣ Reach Out: The best way is to request a free quote by using the form on this website. The order request form asks ALL the questions that we need to send you the most accurate quote possible.

2️⃣ Let’s Chat: We'll get back to you quickly (within 72 hours) to confirm availability and work with you on the details of your order. This is where the magic happens—we’ll brainstorm the perfect designs together!
3️⃣ Quote & Deposit: Once we finalize your order, we’ll send you a custom quote. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our baking calendar (if placing an order over 3 weeks in advance) or 100% is required if putting in an order less than 3 weeks in advance.
4️⃣ Pick-Up/Delivery: All orders are either picked up in person at Registered Home Bakery location in Louisville, KY or delivered locally (within 30 miles of the 40228 zip code). We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time!

What is the minimum order quantity for cookies?
The minimum order is 1 dozen for our custom sugar cookies and French macarons. Whether you’re celebrating a small gathering or a big bash, we’re here to make every bite count! 🍪✨
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earlier, the better! 🎉 We accept orders up to a year in advance and work on a first DEPOSIT PAID, first served basis.
For the best experience, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance. Orders placed within 3 weeks of the fulfillment date may incur a 30% rush fee (at our discretion), which will be clearly listed on your free order quote.
Need cookies ASAP? The absolute minimum notice for an order is 4 full business days—but this depends on our availability. Rush orders are limited, so please reach out as soon as possible! 🍪✨
Can I customize the design, colors, or themes of my cookies?
Absolutely! 🎨 Customization is our specialty, and we love bringing your ideas to life. You can personalize nearly every detail, from designs and colors to themes, to perfectly match your event or occasion.
That said, designs and colors may be adjusted based on ingredient availability, the techniques used, or artistic discretion. While we strive for accuracy, colors may not be an exact match due to differences between screens and real-life food coloring.
Don’t stress—we’ve got the creative part covered! Share your vision with us, and we’ll transform it into cookies that are even better than you imagined. 🍪✨
Can you accommodate specific allergy needs?
We do our best to accommodate allergy needs, but as a registered, insured, and licensed home bakery, we cannot guarantee a nut-free, gluten-free, or dye-free environment like a commercial bakery can. Transparency is key, so here’s what you need to know:
• Sugar Cookies: We don’t use specific nut products in our sugar cookies, but nut products are used in other treats we make in the same space.
• Macarons: Our macarons are made with almond flour (making them traditionally gluten-free), and we can make the fillings gluten-free upon request.
• Food Coloring: We can limit or avoid red dye in our food coloring, depending on your needs.
While we strive to meet as many requests as possible, for severe allergies, we recommend working with a commercial bakery that can provide ingredient guarantees for your peace of mind. Please let us know your needs, and we’ll work with you to make your treats as safe and delicious as possible! 🍪✨
Can you replicate a logo, photo, or a specific design on the cookies?
Yes, we can! For highly detailed images like photos, we recommend our edible image printed cookies for the best results. Logos can be replicated (with permission) in either a hand-iced 3D design or as a printed edible image.
If you have inspiration or reference photos, send them our way! These help us understand your vision, and our professional cookie artist will use them to craft a design that’s similar—but uniquely yours—without directly copying another artist’s work. Let’s make your cookies picture-perfect! 🍪✨
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
It depends on the timeline! Changes to your order, like design or quantity, must be made at least 1 week prior to your fulfillment date.This gives us enough time to source ingredients, create custom cutters, or adjust designs.
If you need to make a change, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! 🍪✨
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are professionally heat-sealed to lock in freshness and make them easy to handle. For the best taste and experience, we recommend enjoying them within 3-5 days of receiving them. They can stay fresh for up to 7 days when stored properly.
Pro Tip: Don’t refrigerate your cookies! Keep them at room temperature in their sealed bags for the best results. 🍪✨
How should I store my cookies?
Here’s how to keep your treats fresh and fabulous:
• Sugar Cookies: Store at room temperature—do not refrigerate! Refrigeration can cause moisture, affecting the color and details of the designs. They’re individually heat-sealed for freshness and are best enjoyed within 3-5 days.
• Macarons: Can be left at room temp, but we recommend refrigerating them for the best quality. Let them sit out for 30 minutes before serving to allow for optimal “blooming” time. They’re best enjoyed within 2-4 days and can last up to 5 days in the fridge.
• Cookie Cakes: Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. They’re best enjoyed within 3-5 days.

Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we’re happy to provide free samples based on availability! Need more than 4 sample cookies? These can be purchased, and the total will be applied to your order.
We often have cookies on hand, so you might even get a surprise sample when you pick up your order. 🍪✨
Do you offer free consultations?
Absolutely! We love connecting with our clients to create a more personalized experience. Consultations can be scheduled by request and held in person at our home bakery, virtually via FaceTime or Zoom, or over the phone.

Can I pick up cookies today?
Unfortunately, no. Since our bakery is also our home, we do not allow walk-ins, and we don’t have a storefront. We specialize in custom cookies and micro-batch everything to order to ensure quality.

How do I pay for my order? What payment methods do you accept?
Paying for your order with us is super easy and secure! 💳✨
We use Square to handle all of our invoicing and payments. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a secure payment link where you can safely input your payment information. 🛡️🔗
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and even Cash App Pay! 🍏💵
Is a deposit required to secure my order?
Here’s how our payment process works:
For orders placed at least 3 weeks in advance, you have the option to split your balance into two 50% payments. The first 50% is considered a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and cover initial preparation costs. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your fulfillment date to ensure we have everything ready to create your perfect custom treats! 🍪✨
If your order is placed less than 3 weeks in advance, you may incur a 30% rush fee and you may need to pay in full upfront to confirm your order. Of course, you can always choose to pay in full at any time if that’s more convenient for you! 💳
Do you offer any discounts for large or bulk orders?
We love working on bigger projects that make events extra special! 🎉🍪
While we don’t have a set discount policy for bulk orders, we’re always happy to discuss custom packages depending on the size and details of your order. 📝✨

Are there any additional charges for custom designs or rush orders?
At Crawley Creative Confections, all of our work is 100% custom, so typically, there’s no extra charge for personalized designs. 🎨🍪 Want each cookie to have a different name on it? No extra charge. Want us to use 5 colors for a rainbow? Still no extra charge. 🌈✨ Even adding that fancy gold metallic touch won’t cost extra! 🏅
However, for designs that require extensive extra work, like detailed characters or intricate elements, we may apply a small upcharge. Because every order is different, we can’t give a blanket price or simple formula, but typically it’s around $5 extra per cookie for those more complex designs. For example, if you order a dozen cookies ($55), and 6 of them are considered complex designs, the total cost would come to $85.
If you’re working with a budget and need to scale back on some of the more complex cookies, no worries! We’re happy to offer additional design options to help you stay within budget while still getting something special. 💡💖
As for rush orders, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Depending on availability, we may be able to accept orders within 1 week of your fulfillment date, but there’s a 30% rush fee for those orders. ⏳ Please note, the absolute minimum notice time for any order is 4 days, and we accept a limited number of orders each week to ensure top quality and attention to detail. 💯🎂
